The Alex J. Wolk SH (Severely-Handicapped) Fund was created to support dozens of local classrooms. The children make stepping stones and other crafts that are sold at the Little Red Hen Nursery, Gift Shop, and Kids and Kitchen store. We sell magnets, Chico bags and "Dig the Little Red Hen" coolers also.
The SH Fund was started after Alex's own SH class with Jeaner Kassel-Inclusion Specialist. He sold lemonade the first summer the nursery was open on 8th & Wall. Since then we have given up to $7,000 annually to these deserving classrooms.
