FLOCK (Feeling Like One Common Kid) is a three-week socialization therapy 'camp' held at Chico State University each summer. The goal is to help children and teens with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) find social success. Socialization is the hardest skill for individuals with autism. The intensive training program strives to develop much needed social and life skills.
This program offers a structured and supportive environment in which participants feel like they can be themselves, talk freely with out feeling any discrimination, and make potentially lifelong friends.
Level I consists of children ages 6-10 and Level II consists of children ages 11-15.
